Oil Painting Basics: A 3-Week Workshop

Curious about watercolor or ready to refresh your skills? This three-week, hands-on workshop is a wonderful way to explore the expressive and fluid world of watercolor painting in a friendly, supportive setting.

We’ll meet once a week for 2.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to learn the essentials, from brush control and color mixing to layering washes, creating texture, and composing a balanced painting. You’ll receive personal feedback, have lots of time to experiment, and leave the course with a finished watercolor piece of your own or as a gift for the holidays.

Included in the workshop:

• 7.5 hours of in-person instruction

• Watercolor Paper

• Mediums and a high quality palette to work with

• Brushes

• A laid-back, small group environment where you can ask questions and get individual help

No experience necessary - just bring your curiosity (and maybe an apron). All levels are welcome!
